Lesson Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Due to high demand for lesson time slots, we want to ensure each one is being used effectively and fairly for all students.

We’d like to kindly inform all new and continuing students of our lesson cancellation policy at Rachelle’s Music School.

To ensure smooth scheduling and consistency, term payments are due on or before the first week of each term.

If you’re unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we ask that you provide at least 3 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer a makeup lesson or credit (subject to availability within the same or following week).

Unfortunately, if less than 3 hours’ notice is given, the lesson will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or credited.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as it helps us provide the best possible experience for all students.
